This is a 2-3 month contract assignment where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the effective utilization of technological tools and systems within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver trainings on our current technology and equip employees with the knowledge and skills required to leverage technology effectively in their roles. You'll collaborate closely with various departments to assess training needs, design tailored programs, and facilitate engaging training sessions.

As a Technology Training Specialist, you'll empower employees to maximize their productivity and efficiency through the effective use of technology. Your dedication to delivering high-quality training and providing ongoing support will contribute to the organization's success in achieving its strategic objectives.

Essential Duties:

• Deliver training sessions through various mediums, including in-person & virtual.
• Adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement in technology utilization.
• Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to promote the adoption and integration of new technologies into their workflows. Address user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Comfortable flexing hours for off shift 8AM-4:30, 5AM-2:30PM

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED
• Strong understanding of various software applications, platforms, and systems commonly used in business environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow PPE guidelines when onsite
