CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Survey Project Manager - Central/Eastern Connecticut to join our Infrastructure - Transportation & Survey Team at our office in Hartford, CT. The professional in this position assumes the role of technical manager, task manager, and technical reviewer. YOUR IMPACT

The Survey Project Manager - Central/Eastern Connecticut is responsible for project delivery. The individual in this role will be responsible for working with Project Team Leader and Business Practice Leader to develop the scope of services required for survey task requests; estimating the cost and schedule requirements for the scope of work; obtaining approvals; and monitoring the delivery of services as well as QA/QC functions through the completion of the project. The Survey Project Manager - Central/Eastern Connecticut will support the development of qualification materials to support project pursuits. Additionally, this professional will direct and participate in the preparation of survey deliverables, communicating with clients to ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the client needs.

REQUIREMENTS
    High School Diploma required, Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years' related experience required
  • 2 years project mangement experience required
  • Licensed land surveyor a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal, State and other regulations regarding land surveying
  • Thorough knowledge of the methods, techniques, instruments utilized for land surveying
  • Ability to work effectively with employees, department management, contractors, and consultants in a professional setting
  • Experience in ownership of deliverables and project scope
  • Ability to support client interaction
