We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team at our program in Newburgh, NY. Earn $19.91/hour. ** This position is not commission-based** Position Details The position is a case manager who is responsible for providing community-based services to consumers referred by the Orange County Department of Social Services. Case managers meet with consumers twice a month while assisting them address any barriers or limitations they may face. The goal is to help consumers reach self-sufficiency by returning to the workforce or obtaining Social Security benefits.
